A botanical exploration of Moonflowers that reinterprets Art Nouveau language through the lens of Old Bloom’s lens. Drawing from the delicate, nocturnal bloom, this study experiments with brushwork, flat tonal layering, and motif stylization inspired from Chintz. Restrained in palette yet rich in gesture, it aims to bring about the elegance of an early twentieth-century ornament into the medium of block printing - designed to perfectly align with the opportunities and constraints of the technique.
